My love for baking and pastry arts started early. I was fortunate to pursue my education in both Moscow, where I learned the foundations of classic European pastry techniques, and in New York City, where I refined my skills with modern, creative approaches to baking. With every cake I design and every pastry I create, my goal is to bring together the best of both worlds—European precision and American innovation. Whether it's crafting exquisite custom cakes for weddings and special occasions or creating mouth-watering pastries. I believe that desserts should be as visually stunning as they are delicious.
